Bilingual comprehension difficulties

Students who speak one language at home and another at school have
major difficulties comprehending the second language.

I do not know what group this is but I can not seem to find the group 7 leader 3. Maybe this is it so I will just comment. I feel that it is hard for students to use their natural language at home and a completely different language at school. That is why ELL classes and interpreters are so important. This is the only way the student is going to learn, especially if the parents do not speak any english at all.
